Riedlbauer - Band Mascot
Riedlbauer is Alpine Squeeze's band mascot. Our feathery friend joined the band in the fall of 2008. We are still looking into the exact history of how he got here, but one thing's for sure - the band never performs without him and our fans love him! At 15 inches tall and weighing in at 1 - 1/2 pounds, Riedlbauer has no problem waddling across the dance floor and flapping his wings to the "Chicken Dance" or any other dance for that matter. He's got a great voice too...he squawks like some of our band members when they've had too much Jägermeister! Riedlbauer works entirely for free and doesn't eat or drink much. Unlike the other band members, he's very low maintenance and we only need to replace his batteries every now and then. Our younger fans absolutely adore him and the older fans have tried to kidnap him on occasion, but not to worry - we've implanted a tracking device so our Riedlbauer can never get lost!
